TEN35 Seaside has everything you need for the Perfect Beach Day. Greet the morning with a refreshing dip in our gulf front saltwater swimming pool or a relaxing soak in our heated spa. Want a little respite from the afternoon sun? Our private poolside cabanas are the perfect place to catch a little shade. When you’re ready to sink your toes into Siesta Key’s famous cool quartz sand, head out to the beach to enjoy the services of our Beach Valet, ready and waiting to set you up with everything from chairs & umbrellas for kicking it on the beach, to kayaks & paddleboards to venture out into the inviting Gulf waters. And as the shadows lengthen and the sun begins to set, head over to grill some dinner at our gulf front barbecues or toast the sunset from the second-floor entertainment terrace. You can even end the day winding down with friends or family around our beach front firepit.

On-Property Amenities FAQ

What does my Property Manager provide / What other services are included in my stay?

Your Property Manager will help to custom curate your vacation experience and can offer recommendations or answer questions pertaining to your upcoming vacation on Siesta Key. They are accessible throughout your stay should you need anything. TEN35 Seaside also offers the services of an on-site concierge who can help with services such as grocery delivery, securing a beach rental or making restaurant or activity reservations.

Who can I contact in case of an emergency?

For serious emergencies always call 911. For emergencies regarding an issue with the physical property you can call our main line at 888-XXX-XXXX. For after-hours calls you must leave a message and a team member will return your call promptly.

Is there a fitness center?

Yes! We have a fitness center for guest use located on the third floor near the front desk lobby.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, we have a heated saltwater beachside pool, as well as a spa for guest use.

What is the temperature of your pool?

The pool is typically heated between November 1 – May 1. Pool heaters will be set to 84, but temperature is not guaranteed during cold weather. Pools may take a few days to recover to 84 after cold nights. Heat pumps will not provide any heat if temperature falls below 55 degrees and are only set to run during daylight hours.

Are there lifeguards on duty at the beach or swimming pool?

All persons using the swimming pools and beach do so at their own risk. Pool rules are posted at each of our two pools. The public beach (Siesta Beach) to the north of our beach (Crescent Beach) does have lifeguard stations.

What are the pool rules?

 Pool is for Owners, Registered Renters & Guests Only

 

  • No running or jumping in pool area
  • No glass, food, or large coolers allowed in pool area
  • No pets, floats, or balls permitted
  • No audible sound equipment; use headphones
  • No smoking of any kind
  • Shower before entering pool; bathing suit required
  • Do not use pool if you are ill; infants and toddlers are required to wear swim diapers
  • Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult
  • In case of emergency, call 911
  • NO DIVING

What are the pool hours?

The pool is open for use from dawn to dusk. Please be respectful of units near the pool regarding noise levels.

May I dry my towels and bathing suit on my balcony?

No, hanging laundry garments, towels, bathing suits, or other objects on balconies and patios is prohibited.

Can we grill?

Yes, there are 2 gas grills on property, located at the north end of the pool, overlooking the beach. The grills are first come first served. Guests are not permitted to use any grills other than those provided.

Are there poolside cabanas and beach umbrellas and chairs?

Lounges and chairs are supplied at both the pool and beach area. There are also several tables with umbrellas around the pool decks, and the second-floor beach-front terrace. Beach toys and baby equipment can be rented through an outside rental company, ABC Baby Rentals. Please contact them directly for details.

Are there fees for amenities?

The resort amenity fee covers the use of all our amenities—including our hot-tub, swimming pool, fitness center, parking, poolside cabanas, beach chairs and umbrellas, bicycles, kayaks, and paddle boards. In addition, all units offer free Wi-Fi.

Do you have any restaurants on the property?

No, but dining can be found nearby. The property is approximately 2 miles from the Siesta Key Village and just steps away from the South Village, both of which have multiple restaurants from which to choose.

Are there any vending machines or ice machines on the property?

There are no vending or ice machines on property.
