Where on Siesta Key Beach are you located?

TEN35 Seaside is located at the south end of Siesta Key Beach directly on the beach. Just steps away from the Point of Rocks and a short walk from Siesta Key Village.

How far are you from Siesta Key Village?

Siesta Key Village is a short walk down the beach or a quick bike ride to the north. If you are looking to stay closer to the property, the South Village has a variety of shops and restaurants right outside your back door.

How big is the Island?

Siesta Key is 3.5 square miles and 8 miles long. 2.4 square miles on the island are land while 1.1 square miles are water. The island’s population is 7,150 with a density of 3,120.1 people per square mile.

How do I get to Siesta Key?

Siesta Key can be easily driven to from the south Sarasota area by driving west on Stickney Point Road across the Stickney Point Bridge, or by going driving west on Siesta Dr to Bay Isle and continuing south onto Higel Ave.

The Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport is the closest option to Siesta Key for air travel, and it is about a 25-minute drive away. St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport is about a 1-hour drive, while Tampa International Airport is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away.

Every airport will have options available for rental vehicles to travel to Siesta Key directly, or you can choose to take a taxi/Uber.

What are the most popular things to do?

Is there a grocery store nearby?

On the island itself, there is a 7-11 convenience store on Midnight Pass Road, just to the south of Stickney Point Bridge. There is also Morton’s Market in the Siesta Key Village at the north end of the Key. On the mainland, just after crossing Stickney Point Bridge and Tamiami Trail/Route 41, there is a Publix Supermarket.

What about restaurants and other shopping opportunities (pharmacies, convenience store, gift stores, etc.) on the Key?

Siesta Key Village is located just to the north (five-minute or so drive) and the quickly growing South Village is just a few blocks away. In both areas, there are multiple casual and upscale dining spots (for breakfast, lunch, and dinner) as well as ice cream/gelato shops, bars and pubs, gift/jewelry/souvenir stores, wine/liquor stores, clothing shops, Davidson Pharmacy (one in each location, both with a U.S. Post Office window inside), and other services and shops (from hair/nail salon to fish market and massage studio). Many guests delight in “never leaving the Key” once they arrive!

Where can you rent baby cribs, strollers, etc.?

Guests can call ABC Baby Rentals at 941-929-1850 or A to Z Baby at 941-961-3527. Both companies deliver and pickup.

Where are some fun places to take children in Sarasota?

Some entertaining places for children are Jungle Gardens, Big Cat Habitat, Livingston’s Amusement Center, Mote Marine, Smuggler’s Cove Mini Golf, Myakka State Park, TreeUmph, AMF Gulf Gate Lanes and PopStroke

Where can you buy stamps and mail letters and packages?

Letters can be mailed from the office.  Stamps and post office needs can be purchased at Davidson’s Drug Store, just a short (800ft) walk down the street.
